The CApital Campaign of Ahavath Achim
The Capital Campaign of Ahavath Achim Synagogue has been in motion for many years, and it was in it's final stages when I was solicited to create a batch of new marketing materials for distribution among donors and potential donors of the congregation to help raise awareness and funds for the campaign. The mission below (produced by Development staff members) was helpful to me in creating a "look" that would stay consistent throughout the campaign and across print and digital platforms.
The Mission:
"The Campaign for AA will raise the funding needed to shape AA’s future by responding to both the physical needs of the synagogue complex and the spiritual needs of its congregation. AA’s leadership has developed a plan to address the needed upgrades and time-inflicted damage the Synagogue has suffered; it also addresses the equally compelling need to restore the Synagogue in a way that recognizes and responds to contemporary synagogue life – especially the congregation’s desire for intimacy with God and with the community. This is the time to help transform AA’s space – and transform its future" - www.aasynagogue.org.

Case Statement
A case statement, or a case for support, is a document that tells donors who your organization is, what it has accomplished in the past, outlines your vision for the future, tells the donor why your organization’s vision matters and why the donor should care, and gives the donor a chance to get involved by making an investment in your non-profit.
